Our ‘Personalised Retreat Experience’ provides our clients with an opportunity
to tailor a programme and package to their individual requirements and budget.
The package is inclusive of individual cottage accommodation, yoga classes and
two treatments each. If required, you then have the opportunity to choose from a
range of additional holistic therapies to create that unique personalised
retreat.

The ‘Soul’ Experience
This nurturing ‘Soul’ experience is designed as a make-over for Mind, Body and
Soul. You will practice yoga, enjoy the healing of a hot-stone massage and then

Yoga Week
Yoga week seriously concentrates your yoga practice and meditation to attain a
state of ‘union’ with mind, body and spirit – the pathway to self-realisation,
enlightenment and fulfilment. Relax and deepen your meditative state with our
abundance of holistic treatments. The package is a particular favourite for
those with ‘hectic work-schedules’. During this week long experience, you should
